1. Returns
We accept returns of eligible unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

4. How to Request a Return

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
If Goblin Goodies determines that an item was defective, damaged during shipment, or incorrectly sent, we may provide return-shipping instructions or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, as appropriate.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If an order is refused or returned to Goblin Goodies because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
If the order is returned to us and you request a refund, the refund may be reduced by applicable shipping costs and other reasonable expenses, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Canceled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once processing or shipment has begun.
If an order is successfully canceled before shipment, any applicable refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
11. Final Sale Items
Items identified as "Final Sale" or otherwise identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law.

If an item was purchased as a gift, we may be able to provide store credit or another resolution where appropriate.

Goblin Goodies reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated excessive returns, intentional damage, or other misuse of our return policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
